Gate Malfunctioning? You May Be Putting Lives At Risk!
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their gate is safe and serviced at regular intervals, and the installers’ job to make sure that the gate is fully compliant with all regulations applicable to such equipment. It may be necessary to add additional safety features to the unprotected areas around the gate to make it safe, or to close off other areas to help prevent entrapment hazards.
All areas of risk are fully explained to our clients, so that they understand the dangers of entrapment, and we will provide advice on how to make the gate comply with all Health & Safety directives. Certification of the gate is provided when all works are completed.
Due to the nature of this work, it may be necessary to install new cabling to the driveway. Every effort is made to keep these works to a minimum; however, it is assumed that any underground ducting (if fitted) has been installed to a professional standard.
