• How long does a project usually take from start to finish?

  

  Usually a project will last between 2-4 weeks as every gate is made to measure to fit each individual opening.

• Can you fit automation to my existing gates?

  

  Yes we can providing your gates are strong enough to handle to wear and tear of automation as the motors due provide a lot of push and pull power. some minor adjustments may have to be made to the way your gates are hanging but all of this will be carried out by one of our engineers.

• What warranties do you provide with your installations?

  We pride ourselves on our workmanship and like to give our customers peace of mind, so we provide 12 month labour warranty guarantee on terminations and workmanship as well as a manufacturers warranty with all products fitted:

• How often should I have my gates serviced?

  We recommend that domestic gates are serviced at least once a year and commercial gates at least every six months depending on the amount of usage.

• I have never had electric gates before, where do I start?

  Contact us for a free no obligation quotation- we can discuss your options e.g. sliding or swing automation and where they could be situated.

• Do I require planning permission for an electric gate?

  This will be dependent on whether you currently have manual gates or if you require a new installation.
  
  It is always recommended to check with your local council before carrying out any work.

• Do you provide servicing for electric gates?

  Yes we do! We recommend a domestic gate to be serviced at least once year and commercial at least every six months, dependent on usage.

• How long does it take to automate electric gates?

  This can depend on a number of factors- generally between 1-2 days.

• Can additional key fob transmitters be available for purchase after installation?

  Yes, they can! You will receive 2 complimentary key fobs with every installation. Additional key fobs can be purchased via Assured Gate Services, you can get in touch with us and we can arrange for these to be sent out to you.

• How do I control my electric gate?

  We have a number of options for controlling your electric gate, we can provide radio remote control key fobs, internal release buttons with intercoms, numeric keypads, GSM switches, smart phone app controller- whichever suits you best!

• What is your working radius?

  We are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and generally work within a 30 miles radius, but we are always available to contact.
